Nick Devlin

Nick founded Devlin Engineering & Management (DEM) in 2013. Nick has 30 years' experience in building services engineering both in contracting and consulting, in the UK and in Australia.

Nick's focus is on design, project management, commissioning, tuning, and delivery of more technically demanding and sophisticated projects. He believes the integration of engineering, architecture and technologies can enrich the built and natural environment, and optimise end-user experience.

Nick is passionate about developing the next generation of engineers to deliver the sustainable and high-performing built environment of the future.
