Isabel McDonald

Izzie joined DEM in 2025 after moving to Australia from the UK. She gained experience working in the industry between her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, as well as competing in design projects with Saint-Gobain, winning the competition at a national stage before competing internationally in Finland.

Izzie is passionate about sustainability, holistic design and building performance. Her friendly and hard-working attitude is coupled with a commitment to adapting to new challenges and adding value to her client’s projects at every opportunity, be it during design, construction, commissioning, tuning, or post-occupancy phases.
