Felipe joined Devlin Engineering & Management (DEM) in 2024 as a Building Services and Commissioning Engineer. Felipe comes from Colombia and brings a unique mix of experience in contracting, consulting, designing, and practical problem-solving.

With a strong focus on the wellbeing of building users, Felipe approaches each project with the belief that engineering should serve people first. He is particularly driven by creating environments that positively impact the health, comfort, and experience of building occupants. His expertise in indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and sustainability enables him to add significant value to the projects he works on, be it in design, construction, or commissioning phases.
