Lathin Abraham

Lathin joined DEM in 2025. He is an experienced mechanical engineer, spending many of his formative years in Dubai working on large commercial and institutional projects. His experience includes working both as a contractor and a consultant, giving him a strong understanding of design, technical delivery and project management.

Lathin’s interest in building services engineering developed early through a desire to understand how the high-rise towers of Dubai support comfortable living and working environments in a challenging climate. This interest inspired a career in building services: designing, delivering and improving building systems so that they are not only technically proficient but also energy-efficient, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of occupants. Lathin approaches building services with the understanding that these systems form the “nervous system” of a building, quietly enabling functionality, safety, and comfort.

Lathin’s experience includes contributing to several high-rise developments simultaneously. He has exceptional skills in coordination, time management, and problem-solving, ensuring project milestones are achieved without compromising the quality of deliverables.
