Mark Elliott

Mark joined DEM in 2017 and is a Chartered Professional Engineer. He brings an enthusiasm for building services and has the interpersonal skills that are fundamental in a customer-focused and team-oriented industry.

Aside from his design expertise, Mark is a talented commissioning manager. Mark has a proven track record in this domain; his organisational and technical skills ensure the on-time delivery of buildings that are efficient, resilient, comfortable, and functional.

Mark is passionate about sustainability in the built environment. His aim is to improve the environmental performance of every project he works on, by actively designing and implementing solutions that lead to a reduced carbon footprint. He believes our industry should play a central role in reaching a Net Zero society.

Mark was awarded the 2022 Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air conditioning and Heating (AIRAH) Future Leader award and was shortlisted for the 2024 ARBS Young Achiever Award.
