Ian Lim

Ian joined DEM in 2021, following extensive experience working in a contracting environment in South Australia. Ian has expertise in engineering and services coordination with a unique ability to bridge the gap between design intent and onsite delivery. He has a keen focus for detail, having worked in the delivery end of the industry, creating detailed shop drawings for the fabrication and construction of various commercial building projects, including hotels, apartments, aged care, schools and correction facilities.

This experience has equipped Ian with construction know-how and practical design skills, allowing him to identify potential issues early and contribute to efficient, buildable outcomes. Ian is committed to collaborative teamwork and adding value to all projects he is involved in.
