Woolworths Forrestfield eCOMM

DEM was engaged to provide the Design & Construct (D&C) documentation for the mechanical services for the new Direct-to-Boot (DTB) facility at the Woolworths Forrestfield Store. The existing Sea Food prep was relocated to accommodate the DTB, and as a result a new exhaust system was provided for the new prep space. In addition, the mechanical services serving the Team Room was modified. A D&C brief was submitted as part of the tender.

During the construction phase our role involved reviewing all heat load calculations and shop drawings. Further, we undertook a practical completion inspection to ensure that all mechanical services were installed to the requirements of the mechanical specification and Woolworths HVAC Brief. Finally, we provided further support to ensure that all or any identified defects were rectified prior to the opening of the new facilities.
