Typeface Apartments

This is a 186 apartment and commercial project. It is a mixture of high-end and affordable apartments in the centre of Perth city on Pier Street. 

DEM conducted a detailed peer review to ensure the project was buildable, compliant, efficient and coordinated. We uncovered several areas for improvement in the design of the building, including fire compliance issues, ventilation and moisture management improvements, and coordination issues to be resolved.  

Our thorough understanding of life safety systems was particularly useful in identifying design inclusions to make the building safer, as well as easier to build and commission.
