Tribeca North Apartments

This is a 44-apartment project, with pool and basement car park.

DEM added value by integrating the services into the fabric of the building such that the plant could be hidden from view, while also minimising acoustic impact.

Integrating the services required extensive engineering to ensure that the limitations of the air conditioning equipment were not exceeded while satisfying the architectural and acoustic requirements.

The project design was completed and handed over in May 2019.
