Tribeca East Apartments
This is an 85-apartment project, with pool, gym and basement car park.
DEM added value by integrating the car park exhaust into the fabric of the building so as not to compromise the amenity of the building. We also introduced CO controls to the car park to minimise fan run-time and reduce energy consumption.Further, DEM worked collaboratively with the architect to conceal all apartment condenser units from view. The solution simultaneously controls acoustics and improves the building aesthetic.
The project is now complete and occupied.
