Redcastle Apartments

This is a 141-apartment project, with 7 levels, a gym and a basement car park. DEM was engaged to develop the scope and write the mechanical brief.

During the process, we carried out a risk review and highlighted a number of areas for clarification. Through our review and analysis of the DA conditions, the marketing material, the client brief and other key supporting documents, risks were understood and controlled, and grey areas were clarified to the council and client’s satisfaction.
