Quality Resort Sorrento Beach Hotel

Quality Resort is a beachfront holiday complex on Perth’s Sunset Coast, comprising hotel rooms, apartments and resort facilities. DEM was engaged to undertake a technical due diligence review of the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services across the site. As part of this assessment, we prepared a 10-year Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) forecast, informed by a life cycle assessment of the existing building services, to support the vendor's understanding of upcoming renewal and replacement liabilities.
