Perth Film Studios

DEM was engaged as State Commissioning Advisor for this project. We provided valuable and unique insight into the progress of the project through documentation tracking, witnessing, and being involved with practical completion, handover, and tuning. DEM communicated and collaborated with the diverse workforce of consultants, contractors, technicians, and on-site operatives for this large-scale project in order to provide the state with continuous progress updates and help support the delivery of a successful project. This was relevant for the following disciplines:

  • Hydraulic
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • ICT
  • Wet Fire
  • Dry Fire
  • VT
  • EMS.

Now the film studios have been handed over and are in operation, DEM are tracking tuning and maintenance documents and activities for a 24­month period to ensure correct operation of the building.
