Murdoch University Library Compliance Upgrade

DEM was commissioned to audit the existing 8,000m2 facility to ensure that the safety systems were commissioned correctly and that they complied with the requirements of the NCC. 

Having identified that the smoke hazard management needed to be brought up to compliance, Nick documented the solution, assisted in the engagement of the subcontractors and project-managed the upgrade works and the commissioning of the systems. The facility is now compliant to current codes and operating correctly.
