DEM was engaged to deliver the Intertek Laboratory Project in Maddington. The project consisted of 20,000sqm of built area, 50 fume cupboards, approximately 100 labs, offices, rooms, stores, and technical spaces. This highly technical design project was delivered across 6 months.
