The Holiday Inn is a multi-storey hotel in the heart of the Perth CBD. DEM was engaged to undertake a technical due diligence survey of all the building services elements (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Fire) highlighting any condition concerns, maintenance issues, and providing a 10-year cost plan detailing all future required works. This information is used by the client to foreshadow any future costs which will be incurred, so they can accurately forecast their budgets for the coming years.
