Eclat Apartments

Eclat is a 9-Storey luxury apartment building in West Perth, comprising 40 residences and a roof-top terrace. DEM was commissioned to conduct a site audit at the end of the Defect Liability Period to enable the Property Manager to raise outstanding construction defects across all services. Our report provided the Property Manager with a comprehensive actionable list of defects, some of which were critical to tenant and maintenance safety.
