Curtin University B706, Kalgoorlie Campus

Curtin University has several projects running concurrently within Building 706 at their Kalgoorlie Campus. Consequently, the University commissioned a review of the entire building to assist in capitalising on scale of economy with their project delivery. DEM provided detailed Technical Due Diligence advice across the mechanical services, including detailed condition assessments and a 10-year capex plan. We provided additional value through the inclusion of a detailed building area-by-area assessment summary, to assist with Curtin's Master Planning and decision making. Our ongoing involvement on this campus enabled us to provide very detailed and knowledgeable advice, enabling the University to make well-informed decisions regarding the ongoing renewal of this building.
