DEM was engaged as Services lead and mechanical design consultant for this medical centre fitout in Perth’s southern suburbs.

DEM led the design and integration of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on this project. The isolation rooms are held at negative pressure relative to adjacent spaces, to ensure that patients affected by airborne diseases can be safely accommodated in the building.
