Braemar Cooinda

This is a 120 bed aged care facility. The value of the mechanical services was in the order of $1.5M.

DEM reviewed the base design and assisted in value engineering the project to meet with the budget aspirations of the D+C builder.  We then carried out the detailed construction engineering for the contractor.  

The project is now complete and occupied.
