Bethanie Retirement Village

This is a 250-bed aged care facility, with low care, high care and community facilities spread across a campus of 3 buildings. The value of the mechanical services was in the order of $3M.

DEM carried out the detailed mechanical design for the D+C contractor. We added value by providing detailed coordination, negotiation with the architect to improve the aesthetics of the facility as well as value engineering to save unnecessary cost expenditure, while upholding the integrity of the design and the level of amenity for the building occupants. The project is now constructed and operational.
