DEM was engaged to provide mechanical advice for this mixed-use project. The project consisted of 20 apartments, a basement car park and retail tenancies.

DEM added value by assessing the usage pattern of the apartments. A separate day and night air conditioning zone was created for each apartment.  This allowed capital and running costs to be reduced by minimising the equipment size without loss of amenity.  We were also able to minimise mechanical ventilation to the carpark, saving significant running and capital costs.
